Can you move or copy test runs from one project to another?

Is it possible to copy test runs from a project on a uat qc server into a production test run table? A tester accidentally deleted some 1242 test runs by mistake, I restored a copy of the project from production to uat & want to do a copy for the uat version to prod version is there any way to do this?

Unfortunately there is not any mechanisim in ALM that will allow you to copy the run results back over. The run results consists of many linkages in other tables, etc that all must be in alignment for them to work properly. There is also the portion of the test runs that live in the repository too, additionally it would be way too messy to try and move them over on the backend it would more than likely end up in a corrupt project.
