Yes, you can run QTP scripts from the LoadRunner Controller. You will need the GUI Vuser License(s) and UFT License(s) in order to run this type of Vuser.

For example, in order to run a Load Test with 100 GUI Vusers, you will need the following:

* 100 GUI Vuser License(s)
* 100 UFT License(s)
* 100 Load Generators with UFT installed
* You can run multiple GUI Vusers per machine if using
Terminal Services, which requires a licenses as well.
