Can you use With clause in SQL queries within ALM?

Is it possible to use SQL With clause in ALM queries? I was attempting to use it to create a temp table so I could use that temp table to store results for other reports. However the result does not work in ALM. It can work in SQL Management Studio but that does not help me with my reports via the ALM UI.

Hello, ALM does not support adding temporary tables from within the UI. This is due to the belief that such actions can create future issues for projects (upgrades, patches). It is also worth advising that there is currently no technical document from HPE that mentions manipulating a database schema from ALM as being a supported action or actions. Best then to avoid any SQL query actions/commands/clauses that would result in any attempts at creating temp tables for your reports and such within the ALM application. Marked as spam
