Cannot find sprinter agent. You need to run sprinter agent on secondary machine

I am trying to get mirroring to work with Sprinter 11.52. Works fine and launches on the first machine, but does I get an error on the second machine. "Cannot find sprinter agent. You need to run sprinter agent on secondary machine" I have tried uninstall and reinstall, got rid of UFT, followed all instructions from the Sprinter Read Me for mirroring. Everything installed with admin rights, UAC off, DEP disabled, browser compatible. You name, I have tried it. What am I missing?

I have seen this very issue, and recently discovered that this issue was indeed reported to HP and has been fixed in version 12 of Sprinter. Good news there. I have inquired with HP if the forthcoming patch for Sprinter 11.52 will have the fix in it, but have not yet heard back. HP's solution at the moment (as in what is an available option at this time) is to do a clean uninstall of Sprinter (per KM article KM00206072) and the install Sprinter version 12 after.
