Go into Customization in the ALM project(you will need to be a project admin to do this), then click ''Module Access'' then under the ''Components'' section you will need to put a check in the box for the user group that you want to have access to the components module. Then under the Groups and Permissions section make sure that you are in the user group that you gave access to the components module. Once you save the changes then click return and save the changes as major. Then log out and log back in and see if you can access the module. The Business Components should appear under the testing tab. You need to also be careful on giving too many user groups access to this section since you have a limited number of licenses, any user in the group that you give BPT access to will automatically consume a BPT license when the log into the QC project.
