Can’t connect connector to server after updating license to Mobile Center 3.0

We are using HPE Mobile Center 2.6 version. After license renewal, we have the license for version 3.0.
We applied that license on the Mobile Center 2.6 version server. It got applied and activated but now
we are facing an issue with Connector connecting to Server. [ERROR] [HPMC-WebSocket] Failed to login to
server (CLS=c.h.m.c.p.i.WsRegistrationProvider)

This is a known issue. Here is the fix:
1. Go to the directory ''C:Program FilesMobile Center Connectorconnectorjettywebappshp4m-connectorWEB-INFclasses''
2. Find a file named ''application.properties'', open it with Notepad++
3. Find a property named ''appium.process.management.single.process.watchdog.period.in.seconds'', change the default value 30 to 360
4. Save and close this file
5. Restart MC connector

This should fix your problem.
