Can’t connect to NV from UFT using a proxy, UFT Mobile and a VPN connection

I have a situation where I am working from Home and using a VPN to connect to my network. After that, I am trying to connect to Network Virtualization in UFT. I am getting the following error: There is no connection to the Network Virtualization Server. What am I doing wrong? Attachments:
