Can’t install QTP Seat license.

I’m trying to install a QTP seat license on my computer, but it only gives me the option to install a concurrent license. How do I fix this?

QTP Seat Licenses are not supported under the following conditions: >Not supported when connecting to Windows servers (2000, 2003) via Remote desktop. It sounds to me like you are trying to install it on a server machine, in which case you can only use a concurrent license.
