Can’t run UFT remotely on Microsoft Hyper V server

Hello. We are trying to run automated test in UFT. We first log on to our ALM site via web browser into a project and then launch a test lab. Once it begins, we disconnect from the session which is on a virtual machine. This causes the test to pause and eventually fail. We have the setting enabled in UFT to allow connections while a session is disconnected, but it seems not to help. The virtual machine is running on a Hyper-V host on Windows Server 2012 R2. Is there an incompatibility with UFT 14.51 and Hyper-V Virtual Machines?

Please see the following link to the UFT User's Guide.
