I am upgrading from 12.63 to 2021 R1 and moving the generator to another server so will need to get new licenses. How do I handle the host id?

We have local Load Generators that are going offline. The strange thing is that if you reconfigure them, they come back. Also, the are located on the same subnet as the LRE Server and the LRE Controller, but those machines never go offline. What can I do to fix this problem?
