Change QC email hyperlink sent in defect mail?

We use DNS to reference the QC url so that the server name does not have to be used and instead we can use the alias when navigating to QC. In the defect emails sent from QC the link to go back to QC includes the server name and port instead of the alias. How can we change the email link sent in the QC defect to reflect the alias instead of the actual server name?

There are two parameters that can be put into Site Admin in the Site Configuration tab to change the URL that is given in the defect emails sent from QC, if your alias does not have a port then just put in the port parameter as blank and put the host as the alias: ENTITY_LINK_HOST (set as the name of the alias that you are using to connect to QC, default would be the name of the QC server machine) ENTITY_LINK_PORT (set as the port number that you want in the email hyperlink, leave blank if the alias does not include a port # in the redirect, default value would be port 8080) Marked as spam
