Changed Role assignments within DB and now the domains are not populated within my QC/ALM server?

Hi All,
I recently changed a user role assignment for the TD user and now when I log into Site Admin, all of the my domoains are missing from the list. What should I do?

Hi Homer,
Are you sure that the roles are assigned correctly? The TD user should have nothing more than DBCreator, Public (at a minimum) , and SysAdmin roles within the DB? IF you have more, then change the user roles and restart the services and this should fix your issue.

Thanks, that was the issue. I had selected the SecurityAdmin role as well. When that role was removed and the services restarted, then when logging into QC/ALM site Admin we can now see all the domains. Thanks for all the help
