Client Certificate files .jks which are given by developers and used for soapui are not accepted by UFT, until converted to .pfx . Does anybody know how to change them?

The .jks file is Java file format. UFT cannot understand this file format. The Personal Exchange Format or PFX is a PCKS#12 format that is specific to Windows, so, UFT uses Windows API to interpret the file, instead of Java classes. I recommend looking at HP document [KM759954][1] and tool to assist in converting certificates.
