CopyToLab doesn’t copy test sets in subfolders

We have button that we created in the TestPlan module that when we select a folder with tests in it in the TestPlan module it copies the folders, creates a TestSet, and adds Test Instances in then TestLab module. This was working in ALM 12.01 but quit working after we upgraded to ALM 12.21 it now only creates the folders in the TestLab not the TestCases and Test Instances. Anyone have any ideas what happened?

Other than adding a new field, to the TestSet properties, that holds the Test Type (ex. Manual, Functional, etc...) nothing has been done.

I am not aware of any changes to the API that would have affected this. Were there any other changes made after the update to ALM 12.21? Any additional customizations?

Check the new the field and make sure that it is not a required field. If it is a required field, then you will have to edit your workflow to provide a value for it when you are creating the TestSet.
