Cross Project Customization entity subtypes error after installing patch 7 for ALM 11.52

After upgrading to patch 7 (from patch 1) for ALM 11.52, we get an error on projects when trying to apply cross project customization to existing projects. Hello, Your error is as it reads. Your earlier projects were made at lower patch before lean-ft test type was introduced. If you create a new test in test plan in one of your older projects, and look at the test types on the top right (manual, vapi, quick test, etc), you will not see lean-ft_test as a choice. To fix, you will need to run a repair on each affected project. Be sure you have a backup taken before (just in case) running the repair. After the repair the test type for lean-ft should be added. Can validate by making a new test and checking if the type is a choice. ***Note**, you will need to delete your TD_80 folder under TEMP to remove the client cache. Deleting that folder will force the client to re-cache when you login to ALM. This should show you the change post repair and show the type.* Marked as spam
