Custom object property in UFT

Can we add our own object properties to an object to help make it unique in UFT? Will we be able to use it for object identification?

Yes, UFT should be able to see and use the object's property. It will probably show up as a Native property for the object. To test this, use the object spy and point to the object. Then switch the radio button to the Native properties option and you should find it in the list. Marked as spam
