What is happening is that there was an issue discovered on the back end that has been causing this to occur in ALM12.55 GA version only. This issue is fixed in ALM12.55 patch 1. It is recommended that you install patch 1 to resolve the issue, If you are unable to do this at this time (due to some issue or policy in place), there is a hot fix for this known issue. I suggest you get in touch with your support group and ask for the hotfix for this issue or if you have a Microfocus passport to their self help site you can acquire the patch files and directions there, The information regarding this is within knowledge document KM03078287. Search for this information and it will have the files and directions for the hotfix, otherwise the recommendation is to patch the GA version.
