Defect comments are disappearing

We have had users who were working in the defects module over the past week and were suggesting that some of their "comments" in the comments box were not being saved. In history, it doesn’t record that comments were entered yet I have no reason to doubt that this activity is happening since it’s appeared to affect a couple of users. Has anyone experienced this previously?

I have heard of this happening before. This was back when it was just QC 10 and ALM 11. So this happens when someone enters a comment in tree or grid view with out opening the details window, and then immediately clicking into a new module. Like defects to test Plan or defects to Requirements. The latest patches for ALM And QC fix this issue. Marked as spam
