Defect workflow history

Is there a way to know in the defect who has been emailed a defect on whose queue the defect is on ? If a defect is assigned to person X and then to person Y and then person Z with workflows is there a way to see the defect history workflow ?

Hello jgf8u12,
The only way to track this type of communication would be through a query of the history tables within the project. There is no mechanism that allows for such information to be presented within the GUI itself. Your best bet for accomplishing this outside of such query, would be to request an enhancement request with your support group for such capability.
