What is the difference between delete and exclude transactions ?

In Appdynamics, exclude transaction means it disables the metrics from capturing for a transaction. Delete transactions, deletes the entire metrics along with historical data for the transaction. However, the deleted transaction is rediscovered if the corresponding function in the application is triggered. Marked as spam
