Can anyone explain how i would display the user defined fields on a document.

Are you building your document through a database query? If so, you would look at the project schema to determine which user defined field you would want to include. The db columns have 'USER' in them. For instance, an example of a Defect user defined field would be 'BG_USER_01'. Marked as spam
