Hello getsheeraz,
That page contains the latest ''officially'' supported environments and if a specific version or build/ release is not listed within the supported environments then it is not officially certified and supported by a particular version. What this means is that the environment hasn't been officially tested and certified by HPE as fully compatible with a specific version. Will it work? Possibly, but by not being listed as an official version, it hasn't been fully tested to not have issues with the ALM/QC version.
If you decide to use an unsupported version it can be a reason that HP would not provide support if issues arise as the client has chosen to use a version that is unsupported. HPE will not always deny support for such reason but can and may do so at their discretion (just a warning and reason not to choose an unsupported version) and they may request you move to a supported version before support is offered (and sometimes going to a prior version is not always possible depending on the version and backward compatibility).
Also HPE doesn't release a roadmap of their future version release timeframe and supported environment plans, so it is not possible to get further information on upcoming supported environments.
Hope this helps,
Dan
