Does ALM/Performance Center v11 support running on Oracle 12c?

We are running ALM/Performance Center v11 and would like to upgrade to Oracle 12c on our server. Is this supported?

Here is the link to the current ALM Technical Specifications: https://hpln.hp.com/page/alm-qc-enterprise-technical-specifications When you check out this website, you will see that the only version of ALM that supports Oracle 12.c is the newest one, ALM 12.50 Marked as spam
