Does Document Generator exist in ALM 15.5.?

Hello,

  I know previously when we had ALM version 12.53 we used the Document Generator extensively and it was unhidden for us as we highly rely on this functionality.  Now that we are have upgrade and are running ALM version 15.5.1, how can we get this feature available again as we need it for generating documentation?

Hello Homerj,

Adding the following parameter to your site admin under the Site configuration tab:

ENABLE_CREATE_DOCGEN Description: Enables/Disables the 'Document Generator' menu item in Tools.

Default value: N

Introduced in release: ALM 12.00

Introduced in patch: GA

System: false



Add it with the value of Y and that should resolve your issue.   If the functionality doesn't immediately appear you may have to get some quick down time and perform a restart of the services for it to take effect after the restart.
