Does Performance Center 12.50 Patch1 does support http/2 protocol?

Unfortunately, Performance Center 12.50 Patch1 does not support http/2 protocol. The support for http/2 protocol was implemented in LoadRunner/Performance Center version 12.53. It had a bug in version 12.53 and later got fixed in 12.53 patch 4. In order to test http/2 applications you must upgrade your Performance Center environment to: A.
