Currently IBM Rational Requirements Composer is not supported, there is an enhancement request for this at HP ask you support representative for information on QCCR1J17088, currently this is in the ''deferred'' phase, so a resolution is planned for a future patch or release

The newest version (1.42) will allow you to synchronize the following:
Synchronize defect data between HP ALM and Rational ClearQuest or Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
Synchronize requirement data between HP ALM and Rational RequisitePro or Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
Synchronize defect data between two ALM projects.
