Email not working from QC 9.x

email works from automated email notify part of QC, like when defect change owner or Status. However, If I want to send a Requirement or defect to someone, that does not work.
Also, after running a script, results are suppose to be sent to a list of email addresses, that didn't work last time neither.
Any ideas?

I recommend upgrading to a supported release and then opening a support case with HP.
This is a free upgrade for HP Support customers.
