When is the End of Life for ALM/QC v11?
We are planning on a 2014 implementation of 11.52, but I would like to understand what the EOL for version 11 (ALM). Thanks!

Good News.....
Support for QC/ALM v11.0 does not end until 1/31/2015.
So there is plenty of time for your planning.
