The following error is received when checking connectivity to ALM v12.53 to Jira v7.x in the ALM Synchronizer:

**ERROR #1- server.AdapterActivitiesRemote.RMI_CALL_FAILED : Failed
to create RMI call checkAdapterConnectivity. Error: Error occurred
in server thread; nested exception is:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/mercury/qc/gossip/adapters/qc/QCAdapterConnection**

Has anyone resolved this error before?
