Error make sure the LeanFT sdk was properly initialized

We just installed LeanFT and are trying to run a LeanFT test. We are getting the following error: com.hp.lft.sdk.GeneralLeanFtException: An Internal problem has occurred, please make sure the LeanFT sdk was properly initialized. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try restarting your system If above does not resolve the issue, ensure the LeanFT Runtime Engine is running. Go to Start>All Programs>HP Software>HP LeanFT and click LeanFT Runtime. if it is running you will see it's icon in the Notifications area of the taskbar. Marked as spam
