Error No Permission to Modify the Field displays when attempting to move test steps.

Hello. I am using custom roles on a current project, and I am unable to move design steps up or down within the same test. When I try moving the steps, the error "No permission to modify the field" displays. I have tried removing the user from project and then re-adding them but this does not resolve the issue. When using any of the default roles within the same project, I am able to move the fields without any issues. What’s confusing is, in some of the other projects, I am able to move the fields without any issues using custom roles with the same configuration.

Hello. When creating the user group, you MUST base the user group off of TDAdmin. If you base the user group off of a lower group and add then add permissions, you will experience issues such as this. After you have created the group, just remove the extra permissions. Give this a try to see if it resolves the issue you are experiencing. Marked as spam
