Error run test set from ALM 11 & QTP 11

When trying to run a batch test in ALM 11, I get the error "Unable to close the testing tool" after the first test completes.

Make sure QTP is not opened and close the ALM browser to prevent any locking. 1. Open the mic.ini file (located in ''C:Program Files (x86)HPQuickTest Professionalbin'') with Notepad Depending on the version of Windows, the directory could be a little different, such as C:Program FilesHPQuickTest Professionalbin 2. Find the following entry in the .ini file and change the existing values to match below. If a value isn't there, please add it so that you have matching settings [RemoteAgent] RunQTPHidden=0 LeaveQTPOpenAfterTestSetEnd=1 ShowBallon=0 3. Click the save button. Be careful not to change the extension from .ini to .txt or the fix won't work. 4. Test the execution again Marked as spam
