Try closing your browser and UFT. Open a Windows Explorer and in the address bar, type %temp% and hit enter. Find the TD_80 folder and delete it.

Since you moved from QC 10 to ALM 11, you may have some old QC10 client files that are causing connection conflicts. If you have a log on for the HP site, you can get the ALM Client Files uninstaller from KM1400068. (If not, I'll include the manual steps below.)

When you installed UFT, did you install the UFT Add-in for ALM? The setup for this is included in the UFT setup. You have to click the ''Unified Functional Testing Add-in for ALM Setup'' link on the setup splash screen. If you haven't, you need to plus if you upgrade to 11.52 or 11.53 then you need to also install the upgrades for the ALM Add-in as well.

You need to at least install UFT SP1 for the connectivity to work, and HP has released SP3 now too, so I recommend upgrading to that.
