Error while uploading attachments to QC

Hi,

I am getting an error message when i am trying to upload the test attachments to QC from a shared drive.

The error message displayed is "Invalid Server Response" while trying to connect to QC to upload the attachments.

Can anyone help with a solution for this?

I am using QC 10 and QTP 10

I am wondering if you might be using Silverlight or some other tool. Have you check the patches for QTP and QC?

Can you ping the server? Do you have rights to get to the code?
