A couple of users are getting "HP-ALM CLient has stopped working" every time they click in the Requirements and Test Plan modules. They removed a field and changed another one. Other users are fine. The users can login on other workstations and do not get the errors.

Try closing out of the client and removing the TD_80 folder in your temp directory and then logging back in. I have seen the past where files that are stored in the temp direclty are not updated correctly and you are basically working with out of date files.
