You have 2 options.

Option 1 is the easiest. Uninstall IE 10 and install IE8. since there are no additional Patches available for LoadRunner 11.04. LR 11.04 doesn't support IE9, 10 or 11

Option 2 is to upgrade to the new Version of LoadRunner. LR 11.52p1 which support IE7, 8, 9 and 10. To do this you will have to uninstall the LR 11.04 and then install the new LR11.50 and all patches ON ALL of your LoadRunner machines. This upgrade will also require that SiteScope be upgrade to 11.22 and the HP Diagnostic (if installed) be upgrade to 9.21). You will also need to request updated License keys for you testing products as the older license don't work in the newest versions. Note as long as you have an active support contract the software and licenses upgrade is free, it just take time to complete the installation .
