Exceeded the maximum amount of 6 projects message when creating new business view

Attempting to generate an Analysis View – Business View Graph concerning active Defects outstanding from a Domain. My report works fine until I try to add a 7th project to the setup for the graph. I get a message popup that says "you have exceeded the maximum amount of 6 projects that be selected" with an OK button under it. If i hit OK then I at stuck with just having 6 projects to see a generated result. How can I get past this maximum of 6 projects limitation?

Hello, You can edit this limit by adding a site configuration parameter from within site admin. New parameter name is PROJECT_SELECTION_MAX_PROJECTS You will assign your value to this on number of projects. You will have to start and stop the ALM service on the server in order for the parameter to be engaged . Please keep in mind though that HP set this limit to help minimize any performance impact to the server. So while you are free to increase the project max limit, I stress to not go overboard and start with a small increase and check to see how the server handles the load for your graph/report.
