Excel gets hung up on the mapping screen

every user that has access to excel import addin is reporting they can no import spreadsheets. Doesn’t matter if they are requirements or tests etc. Excel gets hung up on the mapping screen. Hitting ok, cancel or any other button does nothing. The only way to close excel at this point is thru task manager. No error message is given. Please advise. Thanks.

The main reason for this issue could be lack of permissions over the MS Office folders in Program Files. I did find that (in my lab) that the XLSTART folder was located at the following path using Windows 10 and Office 365 (32-bit) Could you look to see if you have either of these folders and what the permissions are on them?
