Hello ALl,
LIke the title says, I am receiving that error ( Exception occurred: Failed to check database version with jdbc url jdbc:mercury:sqlserver://usmavmqc01:1433 and admin td) while trying to verify the projects within the domains. I checked the user information within the DB and all seems normal and then I lost all of my domains after logging into ALM/QC?

All help is greatly appreciated.

HI HomerJ,

I would check to insure that the correct permissions and user roles are applied to the user within the Securities DB within the Database?

You should be looking for a maximum of DBcreator, public, and Sysadmin (at the very least public) and no others within the roles assigned tot he TD user.

Thanks, that was it. Checked the roles and had securityadmin role assigned. Removed that role and restarted everything and all is working normally again. Thanks for the help.
