Failed to create project error in ALM 12.21 Patch 2

GoDawgs, Please make sure that the database server you are using is listed in the supported databases for your particular ALM version. For example, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Patch 3 is supported for ALM 12.21 Patch 04 but it is the last version of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 supported for ALM 12.21 so Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Patch 4 and later are not supported. You would have to upgrade your SQL Server to Microsoft SQL Server 2014 to use ALM 12.21 or upgrade ALM to ALM 12.5x to use any version of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or Microsoft SQL Server 2014. In order to use Microsoft SQL Server 2016, you would need to upgrade to ALM 12.55 Marked as spam
