Failed to get BVS run error when running test sets using lab management

When we run test sets sometimes (functional or BVS test sets) we get the error "Failed to get BVS test sets for ID" this only happens on test sets that use lab management, this only happens sometimes and the test set still runs even with the error, what causes this.

This is a known issue at HPE for ALM versions 11.50 12.00 12.20 12.50. Ask your support rep about QCCR1J88890 this is slated to be fixed in ALM 12.53 patch 2 Marked as spam
