Hi,
we are not able to access an active project in ALM. We are getting the error "Failed to Get Projects Properties" in Site Admin side while trying to access.
When using IE11, unable to log into the project. The same error message appears. No other projects have this error.

Hello Manideep,

After seeing your log files, Your password has been expired for the database/schema of the project you are using/accessing.

The easiest way to fix is change the password for that database/schema(utaf_utaf_dashboard_db) back to what the password was originally then make it so that the password does not expire. Otherwise, you would have to change the password on that project database, then ''remove'' the project from ALM then change the password in the dbid.xml file and then ''restore'' the project in ALM.

we always recommend that you please make the ALM databases so that the passwords do not expire, this does not happen.

Does this project have a different password than the other 30 projects on this server? Why is this project giving us problems and not the others? I do not understand.

It could have a different password, you probably need to check with your DBA. Only your DBA can tell you that. Thank you.
