“Failed to login” being seen in ALM test runner

We have 3 users that can run normally 5 test in a test set fine. When the execution tries to run the next tests, like 6 to 12, these fail with the message: Failed to login. Please contact system administrator for Help If the test that failed are moved to the start of these runs fine. Other users are running tests without these issues. All these users run the test locally. This is being seen in ALM 15

I have seen something similar before try setting the site parameter "ENABLE_CSE_V1" to "N", with this the previous authentication mode, where ALM passes the current logged-in account's credentials to testings tools, is activated. this is a new param for ALM 15, ALM 15 by default tries to use a token to login to alm from testing tools...
