we are not able to access an active project in ALM. We are getting the error "Failed to Test Connection" in Site Admin side while trying to access.
When using IE11, unable to log into the project. The same error message appears. No other projects have this error. No one can access project.
It exists in the same DB and the repository as other projects had.

It looks like your password has been expired for the database/schema of the project you are using/accessing.

The easiest way to fix is to change the password for that database/schema(utaf_utaf_dashboard_db) back to what the password was originally then make it, so that the password does not expire. Otherwise you would have to change the password on that project database, then ''remove'' the project
from ALM then change the password in the dbid.xml file and then ''restore'' the project in ALM.

we always recommend that you please make the ALM databases so that the passwords do not expire, this does not happen. Please contact your DB admin also.
