Have re-installed QTP on a Windows 7 machine…startup afterwards, get ‘Failed to update components from server’…’Quality Center Connection now downloaded’ ….The TDClntui.dll, TDClient.dll, OfflineExectionSetupWrapper.exe & OfflineExecutionRA.exe did not download/install…HELP…thx

I have seen this before. Did you forget to start QTP/UFT as local Administrator and with User Access Control set to Never Notify? Try it and see if that helps. Marked as spam
