Failing to install LoadRunner Professional 20202 SP1

We are currently trying to install LoadRunner Professional (LRP) 20202 Service Pack 1 on Windows 10. The installation has failed multiple times. We are currently running as an administrator. During the installation of LRP 2020 SP1, when I select “LoadRunner Professional Full Setup” nothing happens and no additional dialogs are displayed. All the other individual selections work as expected. Any idea what is going on or has anyone else experienced this same issue? Any help would be great.

This issue has happened to my team. We found that the Windows Smart Screen was blocking the installation. When installing LRP, we went directly to the LoadRunner/en directory and executed startup. We received a Smart Screen error that does not show up if you execute from the GUI. The Smart screen controls were grayed out, so I went around the issue and went to regedit. I modified the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindowsSystem and the key EnableSmartScreen was set to 0 to disable. We then rebooted our machine and LRP installed without any issues.
