First batch PC graphs are not appearing while executing the test

When we are executing a load test in ALM-PC 12.63, we are not seeing any graphs appear in the test run screen. What could cause this issue?

There are two reasons why PC graphs are not appearing while executing the test. Solution one: This behavior might happen if the port 8086 on the Controller does not allow traffic. Create a rule to allow IP traffic bidirectionally on the Controller and try again. Please verify port 8086 is open bidirectionally on your host that are being purposed as Controllers. Solution two: The ALM server(s) ALM Database, PC server(s), and its components like Controllers, MI Listener & Data Processor machines needs to be aligned on the same time zone with exact time sync, in your ALM-PC 12.63 environment.
