hello I cannot find the Shunra for HP LoadRunner software nor the installation instruction Thanks

Shunra is automatically installed as part of LoadRunner basic installation. Access to Shunra WAN Emulation software is gained via the controller by adding / modifying a Load Generator(s) in the WAN Emulation Tab. See the attached picture. In order to use this feature, you must first purchase and install an HP license for this product.
