I tried running full and incremental sync in between JIRA and ALM project and it did not update the value while syncing DEFECTs. Full sync result is PASSED but doesnot update values where as Full sync’s result is FAILED. This link is created BIdirectional.
I created uni-directional from ALM to JIRA and both sync works fine, result in both are passed and values updated too.

The error I am geeting is:
threw an exception skipping this entity and moving to the next….

Please assist.
