Set objExcel = CreateObject(''Excel.Application'')
Set objWorkbook = objExcel.Workbooks.Open(''C:UsersrichDocumentsMySheet.xlsx'')
Set objWorkSheet = objExcel.ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets(''Sheet1'')
Set objRange = objWorksheet.UsedRange

ColumnCount = objRange.Columns.Count
MsgBox ColumnCount
